The land surrounding the house is 4 hectares and is a 3-minute walk from S'Agaró beach.

Rental availability for this year 2025 is as follows:
Price for 2 people (per day)
Month of April to end of June 79 euros
Month of July: 90 euros
August 1 to August 15: 108 euros
August 15 to August 31: 95 euros
September: 75 euros
October: 80 euros
In July and August, it is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
20 euros more per added person, 3rd and 4th person.
In addition, 40 euros must be added for cleaning.
The rest of the year weekends are rented.
Entries on Fridays from 3pm.
Departures on Sundays at 10am.
